    MyWebGrocer is looking for a talented individual with strong leadership skills to join our team as Director of Account Strategy. You will manage the Account Strategy team and work closely with our sales and ad operations teams to provide top-notch results across digital campaigns.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead a team of Account Strategists who manage over 170 CPG accounts
    • Act as the escalation point for campaign related and personnel issues
    • Assist VP of Media Operations & Account Strategy with project management and other related tasks
    • Collaborate with multiple departments to streamline processes and create open communication
    • Use your deep understanding of our client goals to drive product strategy and campaign execution
    • Spearhead the education of new clients and the sales team on products, best practices, etc.
    • Build lasting relationships with CPG partners/agency teams/retail partners
    • Work with the ad operations and data teams to facilitate trafficking, pacing, optimizations, troubleshooting and reporting
    • Establish success metrics and monitor campaign performance to ensure benchmarks are met and exceeded wherever possible
    • Strategize and aid in the development of advertising content, such as creative, ad landing pages, video, etc.
    • Facilitate the on-boarding process for new hires within the department.

    Qualifications

     

    • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S).
    • 3-5 years of experience with digital advertising, advertising sales, advertising agencies, working with CPG’s, Project Management, or other related fields. Knowledge of digital advertising is a must.
    • Experience in a managerial role
    • A self-starter with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail is critical.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Problem solving skills are necessary to efficiently manage and resolve client concerns.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Experience working within the Google’s DoubleClick tool set preferred (DFP, DFP Sales Management, DCM, DBM...etc.).
    • Must be proactive and work with a minimum amount of supervision
