  • Overview

    The MWG Marketing & Design Department is seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to help drive definition,
    positioning and promotion of MWG offerings. You’ll report directly to the VP, Marketing & Design and have the
    opportunity to help expand our product marketing function for MWG’s growing list of products and services. You’ll
    also work closely with the UX Design, Sales, Product and Corporate Marketing Teams to drive new and enhanced


    This position can be based in Burlington, VT, Boston, MA or New York, NY.


    ● Market research, positioning and storytelling across MWG’s suite of modular software and service
    ● Work with a variety of teams, including but not limited to Design, Sales, Engineering, Customer
    Experience, Product and Corporate Marketing to align needs and value propositions
    ● Work closely with multiple Product Teams to understand key benefits of products and translate into
    varied marketing collateral (static materials, digital assets, etc.)
    ● Create one-sheets, data sheets, detailed product decks and other assigned collateral to help drive sales;
    as necessary, partner with design and branding team members to produce and refine creative assets
    ● Manage product marketing roadmap and priorities for assigned products
    ● Outbound and inbound marketing communications planning and execution for assigned products
    ● Develop and maintain deep knowledge of MWG products and services (frequently interact-with and
    interview customer-facing customer success and sales reps, as well as product management)
    ● Coordinate with Design teams and/or creative agency contractors for asset creation (creative production
    skills are desired, but not required, for this position)
    ● Organize storage and versioning of product marketing materials
    ● Internally promote products to MWG employees (in-person sessions, web-based sessions, emails, etc.); be
    an advocate for MWG’s offerings and empower other employees to be advocates


    ● 2+ years working as a Product Marketing Specialist or similar role
    ● Experience working at a B2B and/or software/technology company
    ● Degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism or related field
    ● Excellent written, speaking and interpersonal communication skills
    ● Creative, Collaborative, Empathetic and desire to continually improve
    ● Organized and proactive / self-starter / self-reliant
    ● Willing to work in changing environment with evolving needs
    ● Comfortable working in an open office environment
    ● Thorough experience with MS Office Suite
    ● If not located in Burlington, VT - willingness to occasionally travel to VT-based HQ for meetings (<10%
    travel anticipated)
    ● Creative production tools expertise (Adobe CC, Sketch App, etc.) (desired)
