    The Media Analytics Associate reports directly to the Media Operations and Analytics Director.

    In your job you will work with the Analytics and Operations Director to help analyze and visualize our campaign performance. 


    As the Media Analytics Associate you will perform the following duties:


    • Complete and aid the media team in pulling, organizing, and presenting weekly, monthly, quarterly, campaign, and ad hoc and reports to internal and external client stakeholders
    • Use ad serving and analytics platforms to analyze and report on paid media campaigns for clients across multiple media platforms
      • DoubleClick platforms, Facebook, AdWords, Bing, Pinterest, Apple Search, Google Analytics
      • Leverage leading edge technology and data visualization solutions to help tell our data story in a compelling fashion 
    • Interpret campaign performance with actionable insights to arm media teams to help optimize budgets, targeting tactics, and channel allocation
    • Develop smart and compelling client presentations, charting trending performance
    • Uphold the highest level of data quality control and precision and build strategies to ensure ongoing data accuracy across the team


    We’re looking for someone with a passion for details, data, technology, productivity, efficiency and ability to think creatively. The ideal candidate will have: 

    • A four-year college education (degree related to mathematics or statistics a plus)
    • Intellectual curiosity and rigorous analytical experience with a strong familiarity with advanced data solutions
    • Having held 1-2 professional internships
    • Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel and Powerpoint)
    • Proficiency in analytical tools such as SAS and SQL (a bonus)
    • Proficiency in database, automation/visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker (a bonus)
