    MWG is recruiting for an experienced digital media sales executive to join our expanding New York City team.  The right candidate must be aggressive, creative and resourceful, while embracing their work in a highly entrepreneurial environment.  This position will focus on driving revenues and building strategic relationships within the CPG markets, as well as their agencies in the New York Metro area. We are looking for a consultative sales professional that can make a direct and immediate impact with a growing entrepreneurial organization.  This position is based in our NYC office at 260 Madison Avenue. 


    • Secure additional revenue of existing CPG customers in specified target market verticals, through phone, email communication and face-to-face meetings.
    • Lead generation via cold calling, qualifying, networking and research.
    • Negotiate and close sales directly with customers.
    • Cultivate and reinforce ad agency relationships while increasing advertising revenue.


    • Proven solution selling ability for $250K-$1MM average sale.
    • Communication and client management skills with a track record building long term partnerships with top tier clients.
    • Experience in digital media and technology a must. CPG and Pharmaceutical experience a plus.
    • Analytical expertise with the ability to leverage and utilize behavioral/shopping data to support the sale.
    • 3+ years selling experience in Ad Sales/Agencies.
    • Keenly aware and comfortable identifying customer needs through consultative style selling.
    • Strong ability to manage large volume of outbound calls.
    • Communicate effectively with senior level managers.
    • Sharp business sense, resourceful, and goal orientated.
    • Familiarity with CRM software, specifically Salesforce, DoubleClick/DART.
    • Ability to travel to client locations for sales meetings as needed.
