Join MyWebGrocer for a unique 13 week paid summer internship that offers personal and professional development for a wide variety of young professionals. MWG offers the only complete Digital Experience Platform for grocers and Consumer Packaged Goods brands. As a summer intern at MWG you will be innovating and developing software, analyzing data and systems, and exploring careers in digital marketing in a dynamic software development company.  Each intern will have real responsibilities as a junior member of their team, and will be provided new opportunities to grow professionally.  Come learn what it takes to succeed at a leading software solutions company and help contribute to our ongoing success.

Are you comfortable installing your own operating systems? Have you ever replaced the RAM in a computer? Do you act as IT Support for your friends and family? Are you interested in learning a more technical trade?


If you answered yes to any of these questions then you may be the person MWG is looking for to fill a summer IT internship. This opportunity doesn’t require any formal technical training, and we are open to those who may have degrees or training in other fields.


The ideal candidate will make up for a lack of technical knowledge with an abundance of customer service skills. Communication skills are a must and the ability to empathize with our co-workers/customers is very important. If you have experience in the retail or restaurant industries and want to apply that towards a potential new career, this is a great chance to get started.


  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist with end-user PC/Mac support issues.
  • Assist with documentation processes.
  • Various additional tasks.


  • Some higher education preferred (any major).
  • Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written and verbal abilities
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to learn new concepts quickly.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Apps, Microsoft Office/Excel a plus
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems creatively
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
  • Availability to complete a summer internship May-August, 2018
  • Have authorization to work in the United States
  • Limited travel may be required
