  • Overview

    The Media Solutions Team at MWG is seeking a Infrastructure / DevOps Engineer.   We are seeking experienced, full stack, ad tech rock star unicorns to join us in this journey.  Real Time Bidding, Big Data, Machine Learning - we want to take our product offering to the next levels.  

     

    Responsibilities

    • Design, build and maintain highly available, low latency, scalable solutions
    • Automate the build, test and deployment pipelines
    • Design and implement self healing systems
    • Manage the health of systems, research and propose better ways of doing things
    • Stays abreast of industry trends and tech
    • Lead architecture and tech decisions
    • Mentor junior team members

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of infrastructure experience (Linux, Windows, scripting)
    • 3+ years of development experience (Java, Scala, C#, Golang, R, Scripting)
    • Strong knowledge of networking
    • Work with engineers to automate processes where possible
    • Experience working on a fast pace, agile team
    • A desire to learn and teach others along the way
    • A desire to constantly push the bar to the next level
    • Willingness to participate on on call rotations

     

    Preferred Skills:

    • RDMS Experience (MySQL, percona)
    • NoSQL Experience (MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis)
    • HAProxy
    • CI/CD - Jenkins
    • Ansible, Terraform, Packer, Docker
    • Cloud environments (AWS, RackSpace, Azure)
    • Monitoring tools - LogicMonitor, Prometheus, InfluxDB, Grafana
    • Windows, Linux, Scripting
    • Experience with RTB frameworks & platforms (OpenRTB, RTBKIT, Beeswax, etc)
    • Experience with Machine learning (Tensorflow, Caffe2, Torch)
    • BigData Experience (Hadoop, Spark, Hive)
