    MyWebGrocer is looking for a talented team member with an eye for detail to join our Digital Advertising Team as an Account Coordinator.  In this position, you will work closely with our sales and ad operations teams to help during pre-sale efforts as well as manage upcoming and live advertising campaigns for our consumer-packaged goods (CPG) clients.  The ideal Account Coordinator will have strong customer service skills, a solid background and knowledge of the Digital Advertising Industry, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to be flexible in an ever-changing digital landscape.   We are looking for a curious and passionate individual who thinks outside the box and is always willing to go above and beyond for their clients and teammates.  


    This role is based in New York City.


    • Serve as the main point of contact for a group of top tier CPG accounts.  
    • Complete the build of proposals and insertion orders within MWG’s Order Management System.
    • Receive and respond to client requests and questions in a timely manner.
    • Delegate campaign set-up tasks and triage incidents as needed to ensure timely launch and successful delivery of campaigns.
    • Build lasting relationships with CPG partners/agency teams/retail partners through.
    • Effectively manage campaign inventory.
    • Execute and coordinate advertising campaigns to ensure timely launch – obtain assets, track deliverables and educate others on campaign requirements.
    • Conduct client kick-off, optimization, and campaign wrap calls with sales and internal SMEs.
    • Work with the ad operations and analytics teams to facilitate trafficking, pacing, troubleshooting and reporting.
    • Identify and respond to campaign related issues.
    • Act as a liaison between internal departments.
    • Coordinate graphics requests & campaign creative services.
    • Establish success metrics and monitor campaign performance to ensure benchmarks are met and exceeded wherever possible – facilitate internal optimization brainstorming.
    • Maintain and update sales support material and documentation as needed.
    • Organize and manage all campaign assets and information in central hub.
    • Strategize and aid in the development of advertising content, such as creative, ad landing pages, video, etc.
    • Contribute to the on-boarding process for new hires within the department.
    • Take ownership over one's accounts and manage the process from start to finish to ensure the campaign is a success.


    • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S).
    • 2-3 years of experience with digital advertising, advertising sales, advertising agencies, working with CPG’s, Project Management, or other related fields. Knowledge of digital advertising is a must.
    • A self-starter with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail is critical.
    • Team player who is willing to roll-up sleeves and contribute each day. A lean in mentality is key.
    • Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Problem solving skills are necessary to efficiently manage and resolve client concerns.
    • Ability to communicate to the client and internal teams effectively to ensure everyone is on the same page.
    • Strong computer and internet skills; Windows platform and web based applications.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Experience working within the Google’s DoubleClick tool set preferred (DFP, DFP Sales Management, DCM, DBM…etc.).
    • Must be proactive and work with a minimum amount of supervision, as well as part of a larger team.
