The role of the Digital Marketing Coordinator is to work with MWG’s Digital Marketing Services team to execute creative for strategic digital media plans on behalf of our retail and CPG clients. This position has high growth potential as the organization continues to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Digital Marketing Director and Media Buying team for execution of assigned campaigns and projects
  • Develop all internal and client facing kick-off documentation for assigned campaigns, including but not limited to: Campaign Spreadsheet, Creative Briefs, Landing Page Briefs and Post Launch User Experience Decks
  • Coordinate assigned campaigns and projects to ensure timely launch, including but not limited to: obtaining assets, tracking deliverables and educating other internal parties on campaign requirements
  • Attend weekly status calls with Digital Marketing Director, clients and internal SMEs
  • Coordinate and provide direction on graphics & campaign creative services requests such as: digital display ad creative, social media ad creative, landing pages, video, etc.
  • Identify and respond to campaign related issues or client requests as assigned by Digital Marketing Director

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1+ years of experience in Advertising Coordination, Analyst, or Operations role preferred
  • Sharp, detail oriented and highly organized
  • Experience with multitasking on digital projects
  • Strong communicator possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well versed in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Advertising Coordination, Analyst, or Operations role preferred
  • Working knowledge of web design & graphics principles (HTML, CSS, Photoshop) is a plus
  • Working knowledge of digital advertising technology platforms (Google Analytics, Doubleclick, Adwords, Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest) is a plus
