    MyWebGrocer (MWG) is looking for a seasoned digital media sales professional to lead our Giant Eagle “Digital Media Program” on-site at the grocer’s HQ. Ideal candidate will not only bring a proven track record of digital media sales experience, but a strong understanding of the shopper marketing / digital shopper marketing dynamic between retailers and their CPG partners.


    The digital professional we hire will have a full suite of digital retail media solutions to offer CPGs and their Shopper agencies who are seeking to make investments that will enhance and influence the customer’s experience on their path-to-purchase – and ultimately to help CPGs increase their sales volume with Giant Eagle (both online and in-store).


    The Digital Media Sales lead will liaison between MWG, Giant Eagle and CPG clients to ensure timely and successful campaign execution. He/she will build positive relationships with CPG clients and the Giant Eagle merchant and marketing teams to drive digital media program growth in 2018 and beyond. Ideal candidates will possess equal passions for digital media sales, digital shopper marketing and client service.


    • Digital media sales; revenue-producer; sell direct to CPGs and CPG Shopper agencies.
    • Ongoing oversight and optimization of Giant Eagle’s “Digital Media Program” (the right inventory and media solutions to drive joint success for Giant Eagle and their CPGs).
    • Lead MWG support team to produce clear and impactful sales materials; effectively packaging of digital media solutions in a way that’s easy for CPGs to understand and act upon.
    • Drive collaboration with Giant Eagle merchants and marketers to effectively endorse and grow the digital media program; develop win/win value propositioning between Giant Eagle and CPGs.
    • Ensure timely delivery of digital media campaign recaps and analysis to CPGs and Giant Eagle.
    • Partner with CPGs to prove digital retail media ROI.
    • Be a trusted digital media subject matter expert/consultant to Giant Eagle merchant and marketing teams.
    • Build transparency; produce the right monthly/quarterly reports that highlight digital media program success and go-forward growth strategies and action plans.
    • Deliver world-class client service.


    • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S).
    • Experienced digital media/advertising sales professional; proven track record of achieving digital sales goals.
    • Strong understanding of the shopper marketing / digital shopper marketing dynamic between retailers and CPGs.
    • Highly motivated to drive new business.
    • Proven Account Management skills – customer service, cultivating/maintaining client relationships, negotiation and presentation skills.
    • A self-starter with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Must be proactive and work with a minimum amount of supervision.
    • Problem solving skills are necessary to efficiently manage and resolve client concerns.
    • Attention to detail is critical.
