MyWebGrocer is seeking an experienced NYC based Sales Development Administrator who possesses superior attention to detail, is incredibly organized and meticulous with excellent time management skills. The ideal candidate is extremely Salesforce proficient and has a passion for data and analytics. This person will report to the VP of Media Sales and manage other support functions essential to the media sales team and their productivity and growth.


  • Assist with weekly and monthly sales reporting
  • Interpret, evaluate and analyze data for trends, cycles, anomalies
  • Monitor and report on team and individual quota pacing
  • Involvement with forecasting, planning and account strategy sessions
  • Participate in ideation process for product development, efficiencies, innovation
  • Liaise between various departments and management levels within organization


  • College Degree Required.
  • 2 years experience in sales support position
  • Highly analytical, strategic thinker, problem solver.
  • Ability to collaborate and maintain effective working relationships within a cross-functional organization.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • In depth knowledge of Salesforce reporting and APIs
  • Digital media experience a plus
  • Self-motivated, proactive, highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Passionate about media, CPG, digital marketplace, e-comm and technology.
  • Sense of humor and a positive attitude are non-negotiable.
