The MyWebGrocer Media Team has an ideal position within our Media Solutions Team.  We are looking for an analytically-minded, Associate Media Platforms Specialist, looking for the opportunity to be a part of an innovative, fast growing department, focused on revolutionizing the digital space, in the context of a multi-channel data-driven approach.

As an Associate Media Platforms Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing different program-types and User Interfaces (UIs); anything from Programmatic inventory (private exchanges, open auction) to Facebook or Pinterest. You will work closely with our Media Planning/Platforms Team to drive performance exceeding our client’s expectations, with a heavy emphasis on measurement and attribution – helping drive RIO/ROAS for our clients.

We're looking for someone who is inquisitive and is always looking to learn. You will be an intelligent individual who embraces collaboration and, ideally, loves bringing new ideas to the table.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize digital media campaigns across programmatic display, video, and paid social. Programmatic platforms include:
    • DoubleClick Bid Manager (DBM)
    • Facebook Power Editor
    • Pinterest
    • Snapchat
    • Twitter
    • Smartly.IO
    • New Platforms as they emerge
  • Produce engaging campaign analysis for clients on a weekly, monthly basis, and ad hoc basis, demonstrating pacing, scale, testing, media optimization and management, and attribution
  • Manage media budgets across platforms – responsible for ensuring complete budget delivery for each program
  • Apply a high level of care and close attention to detail to campaigns, reports and finance – ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS A MUST
  • Document, share, and apply tactical learnings internally
  • Meet timelines and deadlines on projects

Qualifications

We are media professionals with a “lean-in” mentality, always asking the “why” and “how”.  We are looking for curious and passionate individuals who always want to go beyond the norm.

  • 1-3 years in an office environment, preferably at an agency, internal marketing team, publisher, or agency trading desk.
  • College degree with strong academic record
  • Microsoft Office (Excel expert, Powerpoint compatible)
  • Organizational skills; Prioritize and manage multiple work streams simultaneously
  • Team player; Puts team before self.  Positivity and team-work are “musts”
  • Strong analytical skills; You can analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations. A natural affinity with numbers is a must.
  • Knowledge of media terms and three letter acronyms is a plus (CPMs, KPIs, PMPs, etc.)
  • Above all, a passion for your trade
